GREATEST HONOUR vs CADDO RIVER

With two key Derby Preps recently completed on the tracks I am covering my adjusted final times for the two winners were Greatest Honour 94.5 and Caddo River 92.6. That would give Greatest Honour about 3.5 length advantage. Caddo River's front running win while pulling away from the field was more of a reflection on the quality of the field he faced. Greatest Honour also pulled away from the field in the stretch but did it on a track that has historically favored front runners. There is about 8-9 weeks left for a top 3 yr old to distinguish himself as one of the favorites for this year's Kentucky Derby ad with continued development is could easily be one of these two.
